Terms and Conditions - Patchouli Residences Apartments Rental

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the rental of apartments from Patchouli Residences ("we," "us," or "our") and the use of the Patchouli Residences website ("the Website"). By making a reservation or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from making a reservation or using the Website.

1. Apartment Reservation and Payment

1.1. To make a reservation, you must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

1.2. The rates and availability of apartments are subject to change without notice. The final rental rate will be confirmed upon booking.

1.3. A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation, and the payment terms will be specified during the booking process.

1.4. Payments can be made through the payment methods proposed on the Website, the preferred payment is payment in Euro by bank transfer.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1. Check-in time is 2PM, and check-out time is 10AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability. The Call center is responsible of the CI and CO and is open 24/7.

2.2. On the day of check-out, guests must vacate the apartment by the specified check-out time. Failure to do so may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of reservation and the rate selected. Please review the cancellation policy applicable to your reservation during the booking process.

3.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy and credited to the original payment method.

3.3. Standard Cancellation policy:

100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date.

4. Occupancy and Guest Responsibility

4.1. The maximum occupancy for each apartment is specified in the reservation details. Additional guests may be subject to extra charges.

4.2. Guests are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition and are liable for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.

4.3. Parties and events are not permitted in the apartments without prior written approval from Patchouli Residences.

5. Apartment Use and Regulations

5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments and common areas.

5.2. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted by Patchouli Residences in writing.

5.3. Guests must comply with all building rules and regulations provided by Patchouli Residences and the Eden Island VMA (Village Management Association).

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Website and the information collected during the reservation process are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Patchouli Residences shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the apartments or the Website.

7.2. Patchouli Residences shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Website, including technical issues, errors, or omissions.

8. Modifications to the Terms

Patchouli Residences may update or modify these Terms from time to time without notice. By making a reservation or using the Website after any such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated or modified Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seychelles.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Patchouli Residences concerning the subject matter herein and supersede all prior and contemporaneous negotiations, agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
